"Looks nice, but I’m kind of over chasing better features"
It does look good, and the design is definitely the best part. But after dealing with so many products that make you contact support or dig around just to get basic things done, I’m a little tired. It’s okay overall, just wish the features were a bit more useful and polished.

"Something about the comfort just feels off"
It rides fine overall, I guess, but the seat just doesn’t feel great to me. It’s kind of hard in a way that really starts to bother you after a bit. Not terrible, but definitely not as comfortable as I was hoping.

I tried getting in touch with Juiced Bikes support about a problem with my order, it felt like nobody was really trying to help. The replies took way too long, and when they finally did get back to me, it was just generic copy-and-paste stuff that didn’t fix nothing.

I kept having to explain the same issue over and over like they weren’t even reading what I’d already sent. It got really frustrating, and after dealing with all that, I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Battery range has been solid for my routine"
I got my Juiced bike mainly for commuting, and so far the battery range has been better than I was expecting. Based on how my rides usually go, I can pretty much count on getting a few trips in before I need to charge it, even when there are some hills mixed in.
That said, I’ve noticed the range drops quicker if I’m using a higher assist level or riding into the wind, which I kind of expected after seeing the pattern a few times. Overall though, I’m still really happy with it.

I reached out about a warranty issue and thought it would be a quick thing, but it ended up taking a while to hear back. When I finally got a response, the answers were a bit confusing, so I wasn’t totally sure what the next step was. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely felt more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Motor power is alright"
The bike rides well overall, but the motor feels a bit weaker on hills than I thought it would. Not sure how to explain it, it’s not bad or anything, just doesn’t have that extra push I was expecting

I’m usually good at putting stuff together, but this was a hassle. The instructions were confusing and didn’t really line up with what I was seeing, so I had to figure a lot of it out on my own.

"Pretty solid bike for the money"
So... I’ve had my Juiced bike for a few months now, it’s been a good buy for the price. The battery range has been decent, and it’s got more power than I was expecting in this range. A few of the parts do feel kind of basic, and shipping took longer than I would’ve liked, but overall I feel like I got a good deal. It’s not perfect, but I’d probably buy it again.

The battery is still working really fine, so no complaints there. But a few bolts started getting loose, and the brakes needed fixing sooner than I really expected. Overall it’s a decent bike, just not totally hassle-free.

"Good bike, but parts are a headache"
The bike itself is fine when everything’s working, but once something breaks, it gets frustrating fast. I was just trying to get some basic replacement parts and kept running into out-of-stock messages. Support didn’t really help much either. Not saying it’s a scam, but it’s annoying when you’ve got a bike sitting there and all you want to do is ride.

Overall, I’m happy with the bike. It feels sturdy and well-built, and the battery life has been decent for my usual rides. There are a few small issues here and there, nothing major, but I do think companies should be a bit more careful about the little details when people are spending their hard-earned money. Still, it’s a good bike for the price

"Still waiting and getting nowhere"
I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but it turned into one of those frustrating waiting games. At first, the tracking barely moved, so I figured maybe it was just delayed a day or two. Then the delivery date changed again… and again. After a couple of weeks, I reached out to support hoping they could at least tell me what was going on, but they weren’t much help. I’m still waiting, the whole experience has been disappointing
